A small local dispatch network, not just a list of phone numbers.
Motorcycles already exist in Chilonga. The useful digital layer is knowing who is available, where they operate, what they can carry, and who can repair them when they stop.
Move the small urgent stuff.
Collect a spare part, document, tool, food order or lightweight parcel from the business centre and take it where it is needed.
Fast runs between homestead, field and shops.
Useful for lightweight inputs, repair parts, messages and small produce or supply runs where a car is unnecessary.
Keep the bikes earning.
Nhemia Mafurere already works on motorcycles from the Chilo City backyard. The rider network can also route repair and recovery enquiries to local technicians.

Registration is only the first step. As the network grows, Chilo City can add verification and availability without exposing unnecessary personal details.
1. Verify the person and bike. Confirm phone, operating area and basic motorcycle details before a public rider profile is shown.
2. Match the job to the bike. Passenger trips, small parcels and farm runs have different needs; not every rider gets every job.
3. Confirm price before movement. Rider and customer agree fare, route, timing and load before the trip starts.
4. Build reputation from completed work. Later we can add verified-job counts, repeat customers and availability status instead of anonymous ratings.
5. Connect repairs. A rider who cannot move cannot earn; local motorcycle technicians become part of the same network.
