Use Ari Kuenda? The following observations come from a local publisher's site visit and are not an official engineering certification by Chilo City.
Structural work: the report described open box-culvert cells and protruding reinforcement, interpreted by the publisher as top-slab work still outstanding.
Machinery: an excavator and front-end loader were reported on site with workers present.
Approaches: the report described sandy approach roads that had not yet been gravelled or surfaced.
Water / protection: river flow and incomplete downstream protection works were also reported.
Important: the publisher's “60–70%” completion estimate and “1–2 months” remaining estimate are observations/opinion, not an official completion percentage or Chilo City engineering assessment.
Use Chilo City to check who is moving, find local passenger transport or arrange a parcel/load route while the crossing is affected.
Official statements and community observations stay separate. Each update needs a date and source, and the status should be changed only when stronger evidence arrives.
